   I really don't know what's going on here. The shelves are empty, the staff are rude and they're frequently just closed at random with no explanation or way to contact anyone. It can be a nightmare to collect your prescription so ask you doctor to make Wells Pharmacy (literally just opposite) your default one and avoid this place like the plague.

   Since they have had new management it has gone down hill rapidly! Never know when they're open, shut for 2 hours a day which seems to change weekly. I went to drop off a prescription recently and found it shut so tried to post it thru crack in the door and was greeted by a disgruntled staff member(who I have usually found quite pleasant) I can only presume they are under pressure from the in house changes too.

   Dreadful experience. Lloyds Direct miss a critical part of my prescription and when I go to pick up the parcel they didn't manage to lose, the opening hours are wrong. As pharmacies go Lloyd's are amongst the worst I've experienced. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

   I normally avoid this shop as there’s usually a queue and only one person serving but went in today to simply buy some Co-codamol. I was asked when I last took some to which the reply was 5 days ago and was refused. I took 2 tablets 5 days ago but no further questions were asked. If your going to ask questions do it properly, you lose of sale not mine

   To be fair,I've only been in once, and if all the other stuff are lovely great. But the only time I went in, there must have been the one bad egg in the basket, the lady was so so so rude. It makes me angry just thinking about it. I don't think she really needs to be that nasty
