   The pharmacist here is exceptional. He gave me a consultation as I had had a awful sore throat for days and nothing was working on it. He felt I needed antibiotics and steroids for a chest infection, and went above and beyond to get me an appointment at the out of hours surgery as my own surgery was closed. He was spot on, and within a couple of hours of seeing him I had the necessary tablets. Thank you so much

   I can’t rate this pharmacy high enough! The pharmacist went above and beyond trying to sort out the mess that my dentist made with a prescription! Really helpful and friendly staff who really know their stuff!!!

   Wish they would get their act together re reordering prescriptions. So many times they havn't done that with my GP when they say they will. Then again they don't read their reviews..??

   Wanted a COVID test kit, they sold me an influenza a/b test kit. You should use a proper chemist.

   I am sure you’re customers would appreciate knowing If you are going to change the hours in which prescription can be collected. Prescribed medication is important to most people and to make a special journey to collect required medication and be told the service was not available is very disappointing. Whilst I appreciate staffing the facility may at times be difficult, to find out the hours have changed is unacceptable. The information on your website is obviously out of date although it does state it was updated in the last week this is clearly is not the case as it incorrect
