   Very bad service, ordered on uber eats a chicken adana meal, it was meant to come with a drink, bread, sauces , salad but it didnt come with that. I tried calling then and they dont pick up….This place must be a joke. The bread, sauces and drink came 1 hour 30 minutes later, with a burst drink all over , and the container was half opened not sealed properly !! VERY BAD PRESENTATION , could be better tbh. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN FROM THIS PLACE.

   Disgrace to Istabul.. i have had many grills but never had such an awful taste before... the meat was dried as it was 5 days old.. the salad was dead like 10 days old. Threw everything in the bin.. not even a dog will eat this food. Never again will order from here.. pls take Istabul grill name from this place .. it is diagrace to Istanbul. It is not authentic Turkish food.. it is frozen boiled chicken... food is AWFUL...Do not risk ordering from here, nothing but waste of money and full disappointment. If you are hungry and desperate for food , have some water and bread than to order food from ISTANBUL GRILL. I threw £130 in the bin. Never left a review like this before, but i am so angry and frustrated and can't get over these people.

   Worst ever don't order, they got options with deals on the Uber eats website buy 1 get 1 free but they don't send you the free platter and when you call them they say you need to chose whether you want the free deal why do you get a deal if you don't want it!!! Very tricky in ripping people off, the portions are super small half a chicken platter contains like 2 chicken strips worth of chicken and a little bit of rice maybe 3 table spoons max soo bad

   Was supposed to get a Shawarma Wrap. I don't know what this is supposed to be but coming from Egypt, this is NOT IT! No onions, peppers, seasoning. Looks like boiled chicken with a few pieces of raw onion flung on top. Also just gave a piece of pizza. It should be proper naan or aysh style bread. Not this.

   Starting with the positives, I got it delivered and it was on time. I was happy to see that the portion was good and food wasn't expired. The problem was the food was Luke warm and dry - mixed Adana meal - chips were cooked maybe a few hours prior (not fresh at all), the chicken and meat were Dry too. So everything seems to be made hours prior and it wasn't fresh at all. Couldn't finish it and sauce wasn't enough with it being dry unfortunately. Hope fresher food is made next time, if that takes an extra 30 minutes that's fine.

   I want it give this place a minus star review..!! Food was awful.. dry meat dry chicken overcooked everything.. my family broke our fast with this and make our tummy upset! Salad is like they run out.. measly small portion on an order for £50 is unbelievable! Check the pictures out.. if anyone finds this place by mistake.. trust me move along you won't regret it like us! Also should of read the reviews beforehand as the writing was on the wall! Place needs new management for sure as I cannot stress how bad this place is!

   As it was the first day of Ramadan 2022 we decided to treat ourselves with a take away, little did we know that we should have just cooked at home. The food was awful, even though it is called Istanbul Grill there is nothing turkish or middle eastern about it. We ordered the special, everything was covered in curry powder and the rice was just basmati rice with onion. They gave us 4 containers of salad which could have been put into 1. Our goal is to waste as little food as we can because there is people out there suffering but it tasted so so bad we couldn't bring ourselves to eat it . We couldn't even bring ourselves to eat it. The lamb was fatty and chewy. The chicken was dry and flavourless. The only thing decent was the bread but even that went soggy because of all the steam. We got 50% off online and even then the food was still a waste of money.
