   I just received medications for a random person on my door from this pharmacy. Granted it is a similar looking address, someone needs to learn how to read before they deliver. Not even remotely the same post code. I was thinking to return it to the pharmacy, but reading the poor reviews, I think I better take the medication to the correct address instead.

   sent my partner away without emergency pills because he ran out of sertraline and hasn't received his order yet. making him go through withdrawal symptoms for no reason when they could have just given him a few days worth of pills. unbelievable.

   I will never go at this farmacy in my life. I have been there on monday to pick up an antibiotic for my daughter prescribed by my GP. It was not even the waiting time but the fact that they have not preared the antibiotic properly. It was purely water. I assumed they know what they are doing amd I started giving it to my daughter. She had a serious throat infection which caused very high temperature every 4-5 hours. After 4 days of " antibiotic" I decide to go to the doctor again cause the fever won t go away., to find out that the antibiotic does not have the correct consistency and we need another one for another 10 days. How can these people be there responsible for some serious tasks if they are not prepared? This is something awful and I am sure it did not happened only to me.

   Great service from all the staff there. Today i had a great consultation with pharmacist Tamara. Her Health communication is great, she makes the customers feel so heard and welcome and at ease and allows as many questions as they need. Highly recommend.

   Absolutely awful service they charge my grandmother £60 a year and at least 50% of her deliveries are late, missing an item or do not even turn up. She has life threatening conditions and she is out of meds today, I have just called them 128 times and the phone line is just engaged. They have not called us to update us on her tablets. It’s been days now. Have they just turned their phones off ? So they don’t have to addresses the issues and upset they are causing people ?!?

   Waited 2 days for prescription to be ready. Had a call to come in to pick up before 4pm. Arrived at 3pm but there was no pharmacist, so even though they had it ready, they couldn't hand it out to me. There was a queue outside and the staff were rude. They handed the prescription back and said to go elsewhere. Not open again til after jubilee Bank Holiday. Extremely poor service.
