    Whilst waiting for prescription to be dispensed my 11 year old son fainted as he was so poorly. I was so distressed and scared, didn't know what to do. Pharmacist Mohammed Subhani rushed to our rescue and put him straight into the recovery position. He was so professional. Such a an extremely kind man I can't thank him enough for the help he gave us.

    Normally really good service and I hope today was just a glitch. They couldn't find my prescription told it wasn't ready when I said I had a text to say it was they looked again, if I hadn't I got the feeling of just been a nuisance and been dismissed. Told to take a seat. It was found after not that long of wait . I paid and as I was talking to the assistant she just walked away, understand if was complaining but was trying to ask a question and she just turned round and said you've got your prescription and walked away. When you can't get to the doctors they keep telling us to use the pharmacy but that wasn't available today. Like I said I normally have had good experiences here today it wasnt

    Visited the chemist today (16-3-22) All the staff working in the chemist were busy but were all very polite, made time to help and see to people quickly. I Was told it would be around a 15 minute wait for my prescription, however I was only waiting a minute or so. One of the male members of staff (excuse me as i didn’t catch his name) went above to help me out with my prescription today after it not making sense to either of us. Would definitely recommend using this chemist after being at the doctors
