A great experience so far, for my wee one and for myself. Every member of staff has been very helpful. Nothing is too much hassle. They reply very quickly to calls, messages or emails.
We had the best experience with this nursery. Our son started to go to this nursery when he was 1 year old and it was the first time for him as until then he was home with me. It was hard for him the first times .... and for me as well... but the nursery staff was really helping and comforting. It s a clean place and everytime they give you a lot of informations about your baby’s day which was very much appreciated. They answer your texts and emails straight away when you have a question or just want to know how your baby is doing....which was my case at the beggining.they also have a video system and you can have a look at the baby s room from your computer and see what your baby is doing if you miss him too much during the day :-). After a few times my son was just so happy to go. Also they always made their best to be flexible with my last minute requests. As long as they can technically do things they will do it to help you as much as they can. Unfortunately we had to move to a different country but we will keep a very good memory of my son’s first months at the nursery. Thanks a lot, especially to the baby’s room and the administration’s staff.
Did not like this place at all. It felt dirty, unorganised and not a friendly environment
