   In deciding to consider my financial future, I had not thought of it in terms of wealth management and my future needs.    First class service for someone who is not wealthy. I am pretty sure I am a bad customer in that respect, but Nick and the team at Ivanhoe have given me consistently good, efficient service and care since joining them five years ago. They give me all the updates I need, all the advice I want and much more besides.    Great at the beginning when wanting my custom…once signed up the enthusiasm starts to wane, meetings and communication lessens..till they eventually pass you onto someone else new, no doubt bigger, richer clients matter. My St James investments have performed poorly. Just check Trustpilot for what others say. My money would have been better in my bank account, especially since savings rates have improved. I personally wish I’d never invested.

   After spending 20 years as an employee I really didn't have a clue what my pensions were worth or what I could do with them. After getting to know Nick, Lawrence and Kristy over the last couple of years I felt I could trust their opinion and passed the details of my pensions to them. The information and detail I received back was first class. I now fully understand what is going on and part of my portfolio has been left where it was, but part of it was restricted with how much it could grow so is now in the custody of Ivanhoe Financial Planning. I know investments can go up and down, but having a team that are working for me to help maximise the return is very reassuring.
