I was a person who went to Bradwell Pharmacy this morning. The experience I had there was very bad. This is because an elderly, spectacle-wearing woman and another staff member there were barking in a way that was extremely humiliating and frustrating.because their behavior was just terrible. When someone criticizes someone else, they should at least do it so the person can't hear. They kept talking in a way that was meant to provoke me. I decided to ignore it and didn't react, not because I don't know how to react or shout, but because I didn't want to bark.like them. They have no respect and their behavior is very cheap. You could clearly see their unpleasant nature in the conversation they were having. It was truly provoking and made me angry, to the point where I felt like retaliating. But I just let it go, thinking that's just their personality and upbringing. So, I just got my medicine and left.

Completely Fed up of Bradwell chemist and I think it's time for an official complaint, because for what I can well imagine is the 20th time at least. i was told I could not have my prescription, even though and this is the bit they should be ashamed of, I'm on repeat auto dispense of my medication I could in fact have the whole of my prescription in one go if needed (that 12mths worth) I don't I have it monthly nwich should be easy! but the lady that looks like she is the lead dispenser comes out and tells me I CAN NOT have my prescription as my doctors haven't released it, erm I'm automatic DISPENSE, she then tells me I'm on no 4 of my automatic dispense (shot themselves in the foot there) and to call my doctors, to which i did straight away the nice reception lady at the doctor's says what she has told you is wrong and that she will infact call the chemist and sort it out straight away for me. Then like a miracle while on the phone to the docs who have called me to say she has sorted it out, (and I'm not the first person to raise this behaviour by Bradwell chemist) I get a call from the chemist saying my prescription is on the shelf waiting for me. No apologies no sorry for your inconvenience no you were right and we were wrong. I think there needs to be some re training of staff. Please avoid using this place if you need medication at all..

Will never use this pharmacy again after my visit today! Absolutely vile staff who supposedly serve upfront. They wouldn’t know what customer service was if it was given in a handout to read as a script, even then it would likely be with no compassion and the snarky attitude you are met with. Called in today to pick up medication as recently diagnosed as diabetic, Drs had prescribed correct testing strips but the wrong needles for finger tip testing, only discovered when I had driven home and opened the bag, as well as missing repeat prescription. Drove back and the young girl I spoke with was the only person who was sympathetic! I explained I had the wrong needles but was told that as it was a BH weekend there was nothing they can do and as not on my repeats, I can’t be given the correct ones. The elder lady stated she thought it was odd they have prescribed those (but did nothing to query it!) and that I would have to call 111 despite me pleading to say I have no fingertip needles to test my levels. Also asked about my missing prescription to be told there is an issue with the manufacturer but there was no owing note in my bag. Told to wait for the owner, Richard, which I did. When he came out, he was rude and confrontational, the shop was busy, however, I had been in there before all the others had entered and had already been waiting. When I tried to explain what had happened, he rudely cut me off and said well your just going to have to wait as I have a shop full of people who need serving! They do not listen, there is no reasoning with them and as far as they are concerned the problem isn’t theirs so take it elsewhere! Absolute joke of a pharmacy! Changed to another the second I got home, have made a formal complaint through NHS England and will also be speaking with my GP on Monday. If you don’t want to be in the business of healthcare, then I suggest you sell up and do something else more suited to your attitudes!

Having changed pharmacies because of awful service . This pharmacy is brilliant, no waiting around for prescriptions. The staff go out of their way to help ,if and when problems arise.

Disgusted with the service my mother is having. On different occasions now she’s been given the wrong tablets, incorrect strength on others and today has been given medication without a leaflet which she needs to read because of other medications.

All the staff are so helpful and pleasant. Really lovely pharmacy, everything done on time and nothings too much to ask. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Let me start by saying you are very lucky I even gave one star I had no choice but to leave one. This place should be shut down, I got treated so disrespectful, and workers mumbling and making snide remarks about me, I could hear what they were saying and it wasn't nice. One staff in particular is disposable, but there are two members of staff that should get the sack. These woman are horrible individuals who need to take a customer service course in how to treat customer, no matter the problem the customer has. I believe I was accused of actions that never happened the way these woman explained, either way I was discriminated by association today and was turned away from receiving urgent medicine that is crucial to my healing. Judging by the reviews, I can see that they are the ones with the problem, even the male pharmacist was very rude to me saying, "he had better things to do than wait on me because I arrived late by 10 min to collect my medicene. These workers are obviously lacking oestrogen, which is making them very miserable. I will be taking this further!.
