Now taken over by Cornwells. My elderly and infirm mother's prescription wasn't delivered, no phone call to explained. They did not answer their phone. When I called in to investigate I was told it would be the next day, again the prescription did not arrive. I went out of my way to call in the next day. I was then told they do not deliver on that day by a very rude pharmacist. He then ignored customers to speak to another pharmacist. Absolutely disgusting service. I hope my mum's health isn't put in jeopardy, so unprofessional.

Seems my previous review was removed; I wonder why? HAHAHA! This pharmacy was FUBAR for sometime but all is now in order. Lovely staff, I can't find fault with them.

all I all I am well know there I suffer severe mental health problems and am often made to feel invisible no one greets me as I walk in! Others served before me this has a huge impact on my mental health. One of the pharmacists never even smiles just hands me my meds. No words at all where as Vanda is very polite and lovely. and most girls are too just the odd one. If they walk past me no excuse thank you nothing I think customer service needs improving and so so many I talk to about it . But thank you to those who do acknowledge me. Itβs pretty obvious why in there sue to the mess they give me. Please try to be a little kinder we are all going through something .

I have elderly parents in the 80's who both have their prescriptions sent to this pharmacy. My mother is immobile and is insulin dependant and my father has prostrate cancer. I work in London which makes acting as their advocate sometimes difficult. I am very familiar with the services provided for vulnerable adults. I had attempted to liaise with this chemist on my parents behalf to set up a regular auto delivery of their 'for life' medications. something I have easily done at other chemists. This type of service should run seamlessly. However it seems that this pharmacy is sadly incapable of setting up a simple monthly repeat prescription. It saddens me as at least my parents have myself and my siblings to act as advocates for them albeit from a distance. I worry that the failures we have experienced are potentially life threatening for unsupported vulnerable adults living in the community. Instead of complementing the GP service their outmoded repeat prescription service adds no value. It leaves me thinking that this particular pharmacy may not be fit for purpose.

Greatly disappointed with the service I recieved today, very rude and ignorant. Too busy gossiping amongst themselves to notice multiple customers waiting for service. Lucky there are multiple pharmacies in the area as I will not be returning.
