Asked what the difference was in sleeping aids as there was over a £1 price difference. She said.. I don't know I don't take them!!! Then tutted when i asked to see both products. If I wasn't dealing with enough in my life I would made a formal complaint.

The staff at this pharmacy couldn’t have been more helpful. They went above and beyond to try and help me get an emergency prescription. Kind, patient and gave excellent advice. They even reached out to follow up for an emergency prescription. Amazing

After been turned away from a pharmacy being told that there was nothing they could do for my sore swollen throat and roof of mouth even though I told them I was struggling to eat and drink and felt unwell (without even assessing me) simply told visit your dentist or doctors, I went to my usual pharmacy in ASDA as always really polite and helpful staff and the pharmacist was amazing as always She gave me a proper check over and told me I was boarder line throat infection and although anti biotics aren't advised at this time that I was to go back in 2 - 3 days if it wasn't any better to get anti biotics she did however she did give me a throat spray with antiseptic and numbing stuff and explained the difference between what I had already tried and what she was giving me Absolutely amazing service as always ( i only went to other pharmacist as it was close to work) In future I will stick to where I know Highly recommend Liz

The lady who answered the phone was a bit rude to me. The pharmacist who spoke to me gave me the impression that I was wrong to be asking for emergency medication and a bit sarcastic. Half the time I couldn't tell what he was mumbling about.

Attended late on Christmas Eve for an emergency prescription. Main shop closed but Pharmacy open for another 10mins. I cannot praise the service I received highly enough. From the well mannered security officer who let me in, to the Pharmacist and dispenser who went out of their way, litterly to process the medication which meant they had to speak to the doctor on the phone to clarify a point. 5 stars very well earnt. Thank you Very much
