Always busy but staff are always helpful All the staff are working hard to make demands for a over attendant Doctors practitioners

Friendly Staff always service with a smile no matter how busy they are, very rarely do they not have the medication you are after

Staff are sooooo rude! (Except for the red haired lady). Shouted at my mum that they would not announce the names any louder after her waiting 1.2 hours for her prescription, as she didn’t hear them as she’s partially deaf. They want us to treat them with patience and respect but they do not show it. Appalling bullyish behaviour. Expect a complaint!

Popped in to pick up a prescription for the wife, staff member combative and rude right from the get go, like I was an inconvenience. Bad enough that I queued for 20 mins to be told it wasn’t there. Took every ounce of self control to not create a scene whilst I’m being spoken down to like I should know the intricate workings of a pharmacy. I moved my own prescriptions over to Boots because of bad service years ago, suffice to say it hasn’t improved. Was advised to call the doctors to sort out the prescription, I did……..and had the whole families moved over to Boots at the same time. Never wish to set foot in this building again. I know pharmacies get a rough deal and struggle accordingly but this one is exceptionally bad. AVOID!

Awful service. Always have to wait for Prescriptions regardless of when they were issued. They hadn't even started on mine, despite having it it 3 days already. I have waited over an hour before. Staff are dismissive, bordering on rude. One time they had a 20 item prescription, that I needed before the bank holiday, I had advised them of this. My watch said I had 5 mins before closing but they shut the door in face and said, they were closed. I asked very politely explaining I was going away, but still ho joy. Mghey said if I needed that badly I should have come half an hour ago. They then said they'd put it back in the cloud and I could find another pharmacy!

This place wasn’t great under the β€œMurrays” branding, under β€œPeak” it seems to be getting worse and worse. Opening late because β€œthe pharmacist isn’t here yet” without any form of apology is ridiculous. One of the members of staff is particularly rude, visibly upsetting an older gentleman. Pharmacies are here to provide a service, not upset half of the town.

They refused to do my son's prescription, that had been issued by a skin specialist, told me to go somewhere else, pharmacy lady extremely unhelpful, I then went to boots and had no problems what so ever,. Perhaps the chemist staff would benefit if they had training, boots could probably recommend thier training course.

Possibly the worst most disorganised pharmacy in the entire United Kingdom. Noone answers the phone but stand in the queue and you never hear the phone ring. My mum tried to call for two days and always engaged. I'm convinced they take the phone off the hook. A five day wait for a prescription is ridiculous in a small-town pharmacy with 8 staff. Struggled to justify one star.

Appalling service, waiting over 10 minutes with queue out of the door while three members of staff out of the five were looking for one prescription.
