   From start to finish the communication with Lee has been excellent! He designed an amazing tattoo and it looks even better for real. I have never had such a lifelike tattoo and the attention to detail was incredible. Lee really is a gifted artist, and rest assured you are in safe hands if you are looking for a fantastic tattoo.    I’ve had quite a few piercings, never as gentle, thorough and professional as with Emma though. Although she could see I wasn’t a newbie, she took the time to get me comfortable, explain the process and show me how it worked- then helped with breathing technique and constant commentary as to what was going on to remove any anxiety. Absolutely faultless. I had it done as I’d seen my wife get hers done by Emma and I was really impressed- really glad I had it done there.

   1st time going to Tortuga & Co as I’m not from the area, went into the shop & the guy who spoke to me was very friendly & asked me to take a seat to wait for Emma. Emma came out & was very friendly immediately, was taken back to her room & Emma walked me through everything which was amazing. I can be a little nervous when getting pierced, so having Emma going step by step really helped me feel at ease & not so nervous. Emma spoke to me about keeping the piercing clean & how to look after it. Thanks Emma I will be back & was a great experience.

   I would be putting zero stars if i could. Don't go here they don't answer there emails I emailed them over a week ago asking for a quote on a tatoo idea and they never got back to me So i'm sorry for you guys you have lost a what was going to be a new client in your books now I've gone to sandhurst

   I got my second lobe piercing today at Tortuga and was really impressed with the service. Emma who is in charge of the piercings was really knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She used a needle to pierce my ears and explained the process all the way through and made me feel very comfortable. I got my first piercings done at a different tattoo shop in Farnborough and there was a significant difference in the level of service. First of all the tattoo shop in Farnborough pierced my ears with a gun (which is not recommended!) and hardly gave me any advice on after care whereas Emma explained everything in detail and even gave me a pamphlet with all the information conveniently written down. Interestingly I paid the same amount here as I did at the Farnborough tattoo shop! If i decide to get any more piercings I will definitely come back to Tortuga as well as recommend the place to my friends and family.
