   Shocking behaviour. They don't have my tablets , don't offer me anything so I can go somewhere else. Left standing looking at him . No, I'm not in pain so why would I need them. Use somewhere else that show like they care.

   Received my prescription at 8:30am. Didn't have it made by 4pm.. asked to wait till they text. 2 hours later no text so called in.. didn't have it in stock. No apology no anything but here's you script off you go. Disgusting wouldn't recommend.

   I have been sat at my Doctors car park for over 2 and a half hours. This is due to the Pharmacists telling me there was a waiting time of 2 hrs...I replied you mean a week and 2 hours!! Because that's when they received my prescription. The traffic was so bad today going back home so I waited. I then queued up again and then to be told they don't have my prescription!!!!! I was fuming. To be told that she is upset isn't good enough really and so I asked why couldn't they have told me the first time I saw them...the reply was that they don't actually see the prescription until they get the basket!!????? OMG!!! SERIOUSLY????? Disgusting totally out of order. I will not be using Well Clinic anymore ( so that should make it easier for them) and I went to Asda Pharmacists and they had my order and I would collect on Saturday °° WONDERFUL ..... Don't go to Well Cliic.

   Called to ask for advice. I was put straight onto the pharmacist, absolutely fantastic. Put me at ease with reassurance and a genuine concern for my situation. Listened attentively and changed advice based on actually assessing me rather than just trying to fob me off like other pharmacies in the local area I had tried. Would really recommend!

   I was barred from the Chemist, yesterday as I spouted the truth. In that for the past 3 years that they have supplying my prescription, despite always ordering a week before and being in their system for over 4 days, it has never been ready to collect! This has got to be the worst chemist in the area. Typically, they insisted they give me back my prescription as you might have guessed it wasn't ready, being annoyed I I didn't read it, until I went to another Chemist and found that they hadn't given me my current prescription, it was a prescription that they denied they had been sent, back in January. Yet there it was in my hand, printed off their system! Save yourself the stress, go elsewhere.
