   The worst possible nightmare! I can’t put into this review how horrible my experience with Inniaccounts was; otherwise, I would have had to post an essay. I was led to believe we could trust our accountant, but I learned the hard way that we need to double check everything they do before approving anything. Inniaccounts managed to mess up with my PAYE account, my VAT account, my bookkeeping account, and my self-assessment tax return. I ended up paying significantly more tax than I was due and had a VAT penalty point awarded. All due to Inniaccounts staff incompetence and carelessness. Their software is very poor, their staff is very junior and inexperienced, and their senior team is arrogant and has zero customer care knowledge. If you raise a complaint about anything, one of their directors will contact you and invite you out. If you are looking for a proper accountant, you should look elsewhere.

   I love the service I receive from inniAccounts - fast, professional and friendly. Thank you Chloe and the team! I contact the team via email for non-urgent questions, and sometimes call the office if I need some last-minute advice on what I need to do and when by. The software that they provide is excellent and guides you through expenses, VAT returns and the like. I also enjoyed having an annual review which helped me plan for the following year as well as gave clarity on all the outstanding items for my first year in business.

   inniAccounts are one of the best businesses we've ever worked with - and we can still say that after several years of using their service. The software makes book-keeping super easy, provides an overview of your current financial standing (including tax liabilities) and comes as an app for easy receipt recording. The team themselves are efficient and proactive, which takes away the stress of worrying about running the accounts properly. Their recommendations over the years have saved us more than their fees, we'd never go anywhere else.

Their software makes managing my business a breeze with new features added on a frequent basis. I can't speak highly enough of the team behind inniAccounts, they're always quick to respond and the information they provide is invaluable. This is an excellent accountancy services and I highly recommend them.

   I have been a client with inniAccounts for more than two years and right from the start they have been extremely supportive in helping me setup and manage my business. The portal/software is great as it is very intuitive and simple to use. It holds all important Company information documentation (Certification of incorporation, VAT registration etc) so I can easily access my information whenever I need. You can easy create and send invoices from the portal, link your bank account and get all the feeds digitally so no need for receipts (save the environment!). But if you do pay with different bank accounts you just snap a picture of your receipt and it will be linked to your expenses. It also has a handy app that you can quickly access your account or add receipts from your mobile device. I have received first class professional service from a first class company. I highly recommend using inniAccounts for their accountancy software and knowledgeable staff.

   I have been using Inniaccounts for 6 years and over this time I have been very happy with the service. While the company provides a high quality software capability, its the staff in customer services and their accountant that really shine. I have had director's loans, mortgage applications, job referencing, changes to IR35 and non trading status, that all have required help. The organisation has a very deep level of knowledge and as such the staff, even new staff, are always answering my queries to the highest standard and almost universally within a day.
