   Walked in to make an enquiry about a touch up, and the gentleman who met me at the desk was dismissive and rude. I was happy to work with him on all fronts, but he didn't want to get ink that matched the shade I needed. No problem with that. Their shop their rules. But his attitude, demeanour, unwillingness to have a conversation told me I'd never want anything from that place permanently on me.
