    I booked, in advance, for myself and my wife, flu jabs. The booking was for Nov 5th at 11.10am. We walked to the Pharmacy, about a mile and half. When we tried to check in, we were informed that they had no vaccine left. We were assured that we would be telephoned, when the vaccine arrived! Were we telephoned....you guessed it...NO! If you cannot order enough flu vaccine to fulfill your bookings then inform people who have legitimate bookings with yourselves. If you assure people, after letting them down, that you will contact them, to arrange another appointment....DO SO!

    Very rude pharmacist and staff. Had an error about a flu vaccine and instead of trying to resolve the issue or apologise, they just wanted to check that they advertised correctly. Did not solve my personal issue or advise where I could book instead.

    Beth was extremely helpful when we had to obtain an urgent prescription item whilst away from home (Kent) earlier this week. She telephoned our local pharmacy when the "script was sent to the wrong place and got it released to Spine (NHS. prescription nationwide service) in order that she could prepare the 'script for us to collect. She returned a call when she said she would and made sure the item was available for dispensing immediately 'script had been released to Spine preventing any further delays. Well done Beth.

    Just got into the pharmacy on Thursday before Easter weekend. Yes, it was at the end of the day and the bus from Chester was late so just got there as they were closing but was told to get out!! I explained i was leaving for holiday on Sunday. Pharmacist, didn't give a hoot and told me to get out. Thanks. No wander Well Pharmacy is in financial difficulty. Meanwhile, I dont have necessary medication.

    The time from the prescription being issued to the meds being supplied is well over a week. Very often a long queue to find when you eventually get home meds are missing. Another prescription hadn’t even been processed although the doctor had sent the electronic prescription the week before. Customer service is totally absent.

    My 91 year-old mother has been registered at this pharmacy for many years. They tried to deliver her medication on Friday Aug 26th but she was unwell and unable to get to the door so they left a note, which is the usual procedure as they do not re- deliver. They never notify her about when her medication will be delivered so she has missed the delivery before, through no fault of her own. The medication includes potentially life -saving anti- stroke tablets, which she has to take every day. I was amazed to find that the three WELL pharmacies in the Nantwich area and the three in Crewe are ALL closed on Saturdays, meaning that I can't collect her medication until next Tuesday. I rang several branches to see if there was an emergency service, or even advice about what to do in these circumstances, but there was nothing. Eventually I decided to try Boots in Nantwich, where the staff were very helpful and, after ringing my mother, were able to give her enough of the anti-stroke tablets to see her through the long weekend. Next week we will be taking steps to have her prescription sent to Boots because I never want to have such a stressful experience again. It was highly irresponsible of WELL to leave her without her medication over a bank holiday weekend and to have ALL of their branches closed on Saturdays.

    Dreadful service. Never enough staff. Ordered my prescription 4 days ago called to collect this morning.waited an hour outside just to be told that they would text me when it would be ready . So will have to wait outside for another hour. Nice people but dreadful service. I know it's difficult times but this is not good at all. Changing to Beam street parmacy. I

    System? What system? Absolutely awful - after 12 months of my repeat prescription never being ready (requested one week earlier) and always arriving to be told " it will be ready in half an hour" I have moved to a different (much more efficient) pharmacy.

    Always a massive queue. Waited 20mins only to get to the front of the queue and be told there was a 30mins wait for my prescription. I ordered my prescription 4 days previously. Won't be using here ever again.
