Not happy that you took my prescription from my own chemist to your chemist,I used to get my prescription with you but ended up waiting so long when I came to pick it up I swopped to my chemist who I’m with now.so please don’t do this again I didn’t ask for this,surely you are not allowed to just do this and get my information and medical prescriptions.

Just changed my nominated pharmacy - delighted to get a text to let me know my prescription is ready for collection.
I went on a Saturday morning about 11am. I have to say that the shop was pretty crowded. There was a queue. However, there was adequate staff, who were great, efficient and helpful and I got what I needed. The queue was friendly and it was a pleasure waiting. It is OPEN ON A SATURDAY, which many are not and that’s why it’s was busy. They were great.
Very helpful in ordering in products that werent available in store before I’d even asked if it were possible.
Went with a prescription for antibiotics. Only enough stock available to fill some of the script, so given a ticket to collect the rest. I went back to the chemist several days later when my son was on his last day of the antibiotics he had. Got to Rowlands and after a very long wait while they looked and looked and had a chat amongst themselves and looked again, I was told that they did not order the rest of the medication 'for some reason' and told me to return again the next day. No one seems to be in charge or able to lead. This community has a lot of elderly people (my mother included) with chronic conditions needing regular medication and repeats, who relies on the pharmacy to operate efficiently. I write this review after many, many examples of inadequate, incompetant service. If this wasn't my local, village pharmacy I'd absolutely go elsewhere. Massive improvements are needed.
I went to collect my repeat prescription after I have received the text that it was available then when I have arrived one item was missing; I went back in a few days’ time then I was told that the card machine was out of order therefore I visited the third time with pre-payed prescription only to be told that they were not keeping my medications any longer despite I`ve been in and out two times in about 2 weeks. Which is fine...but then after all, the pharmacist lady (Nadia) just pulled a face didn`t even apologised and told me that she can give me my prescription and "I CAN GO ELSWHERE" then she made me wait 40 minutes!! She was so rude! It wasn`t the first time that she approached me with this attitude. I will not be using this pharmacy again.
The staff at Rowlands have been amazing. I was unable to get my dads prescription in other pharmacies and Nadia, the pharmacist, was able to phone through to their supplier and get his medication the same working day. I was extremely pleased with the excellent customer service I received given the sheer workload and pressure the pharmacy was evidently under. Will definitely be coming here again in the future. Thank you all.
Went to get medication as normally don't go but as it's near where I live and an emergency I went but it said it closed at 18:00, however, when I got there at 17:10pm it was closed no sign on window to say it closes at a different time. I will not be going again as I do nights so can only go gone 17:00pm and I am very disappointed.
