Excellent service today - called in with my grandson for advice and following a consultation with the pharmacist he was immediately prescribed a suitable treatment . Having such a great pharmacy with such lovely caring staff is a real asset to the village. Thank you
Friendly, helpful and efficient on a private consultation with the pharmacist. I didn't need to book, I just called to ask if there was a private consultation room and was told yes and to pop down anytime. I turned up a short while later, waited 5 minutes and was seen and prescribed treatment.
Excellent service from Rowlands in Tarporley for an infected insect bite. The staff and pharmacist were really helpful and able to immediately prescribe antibiotics. Otherwise i would have had to make a doctors appointment next week. Really great service.
I needed a patch to cover my sensor. The staff were super helpful. There was a box of dressings I could purchase but they also had individual dressings which was a lot cheaper. The young lady serving us was friendly and helpful.
I have recently moved to the area and this pharmacy has become my local one. I am deaf and mostly mute and they have made me feel very well supported and cared for. They even deliver my prescriptions by van every Thursday. They have flexible working hours and are not closed for lunch, when I have popped in they have made an extra special effort to communicate which is very much appreciated. I really do like this pharmacy in Tarporley.
Almost impossible to contact bt telephone , I have made c20 callsin past hour all engaged . The phone contact number and the FAX number are the same ?? This is very old technology for a busy pharmacy ,which unfortunately is the only one in Tarporkey. 500 shops !!!
I have been using Rowlands chemist for years and have always been more than satisfied with there service. They are very polite and helpful and nothing is to much trouble.
