Your Staff Are Amazing! Came here to fulfil the wish of a resident of the care home I work for. She used to be a pro figure skater and coach and wanted to get on the ice again! Staff were incredibly helpful, getting an ice chair ready and helping on and off the ice. They were very kind, letting us in for free as it was only a 1/2hour we were going in for. Thank you, you helped make a wonderful old lady's wish come true! Special mention made to the staff who were on on 13/11/2025 at 2pm!

had multiple bad experiences with staff here in the past. 1 example - skated from behind me to block/stop me to ask a question which nearly caused a nasty fall on my end. Not even an important or safety related question so no idea why he thought that was appropriate or safe instead of using his words to begin with. The rental skates are extremely dull and ice doesn't seem to get resurfaced very often also. Shame as could be good but very dated facility with questionable staff common sense. Music was also not great but in fairness that's more personal preference.

I've enjoyed coming to the hockey here. The staff are very friendly and we've got a great view at our seats. However, the place is looking a bit run down. It could clearly do with some love. It also could do without selling alcohol during games. That lager smells like vomit and is fairly off putting when you're with your kids. It also has a problem with people using it as a creche for their children. No discipline, kids jumping on everything, leaving a mess everywhere they go and generally being a pain. Not like the adults are any better. 2 seconds off my seat and the people behind are using it as a foot rest. The entitlement and lack of consideration from some of the attendees is ridiculous.

Attended a Ice hockey match. Full House great family atmosphere tickets were reasonably priced £12 adults £8 for a child small children go free. Quick and easy entry a raffle and throw the puck game between the 2nd and 3rd period were great. Food and drink all reasonably priced also. Would advise plenty layers of clothing especially for those that feel the cold.

Went to watch Saturday night ice hockey, all the staff within the arena where friendly, professional, arena seating area arrange great, large issue was at start of the evening at least half of females toilets where out of action, which for a venue with an event on very disappointing,

Well run arena, a little on the small size for such a large city. All seats offer a great view and there's plenty of toilets, even if the venue is at capacity. Decent amount of parking and the venue is relatively easy to navigate, once inside.

Very nice place for kids to spend quality time and parents to injoy a caffe, sandwiches or swites. They can have learning leasons with asome teachers to. The personal is very plasent and helpful. The little kids can have access to ice and they are having a lot of fun. On Friday is disco from 19.00 to 21.00
