Was there about 1 month ago. They did everything very quickly. Changed the front pair of tires. Very flexible approach to time. Just waited with the kids until everything was done. They carefully turned on the heater for us while we waited. Thank you, everything worked out
It was a cold,wet winters night,we couldn't remove an over tightened, rounded off wheel nut,we rang Harry , he arrived within the hour. He removed the offending wheel nut and fitted the spare in no time at all,we were soon on our way ,the charge was more than reasonable, we whole heartedly recommend Bains tyres. A truly good guy,that always puts the customer first.
Tonight was the 3rd time Harri has saved me when I've needed a tyre! Twice in an emergency and the first time he opened up on a Sunday and met me at his garage. Using my car for work I can't afford to be off the road so highly value the quick service. Absolutely amazing service, a more than reasonable price, and just a genuinely nice guy. Called in at 11am and despite my slightly awkward tyre size the chap was able to order me 2 mid range and I was in there for 430 getting them done. Nice chap and takes pride in his work. Tyres are quiet and grippy ready for the winter. Will definitely be going back.

I’ve used Bains about 4 times, after getting recommended to them a few years back. I took my elderly mother there yesterday, and she, the same as me, has got not but the highest compliments to pay. I would not use anyone else on Derby. The service is professional, quick and friendly. The guy that runs it is a superstar and goes above and beyond to help Sort your tyre issues. Could not recommend higher. Great price, great service and very reasonably priced.

We got a puncture on a late Sunday afternoon, not being from Derby we rang round a few places and found Bains. He got us in and sorted straight away! Top guy, highly recommend, decent prices and quick service! 10/10 Would happily use this guy again!
The run flat saved an accident, but also meant I was stranded 150 miles from Home. Bains Emergency call out were quick to respond, easy to talk to, really helpful and got me running again! Harry is a credit to his profession! Excellent interaction!
