My daughter had her ears pierced today, not planned to, and Lauren really put her at ease. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lauren went above and beyond to help her chose her Nomination Birthday bracelet. Service from all the ladies there is fantastic!! Thankyou

Went in yesterday as my daughters recently pierced ears (done in London) were uncomfortable. We had been in Derby for a football tournament and needed to buy new piercing type ear rings before proceeding to Wales. The lady that served us was so helpful. Checked and cleaned my daughters ears. Made sure the new ear rings were in ok. Thank you.

EDIT: following the reply from JH on my previous review I took my ring in, it was sent back to the supplier and when I picked it up I was given a new ring, so I'm happy with the result, thanks! Original: Bought my wedding ring in July, but started wearing it from November. Unfortunately 3 months later it is noticably scratched in a couple places. I work in IT so not using tools/machinery daily. I did ask on purchase if when scratched it would show through silver and was told no. Very disappointed. The ring cost £250. I'd like to add I have no problem with the staff who were lovely, just disappointed in the quality of the item.

Great experience today having my ear pierced. It was to redo an old piercing which was in the wrong position. Made to feel very comfortable, the lady took her time to make sure all was right. The shop was clean, bright and not too busy. Would definitely recommend
