   Rude and unbelievably poor service to a loyal customer when something went wrong. In summary, they kept my broken ring for a year to be looked into and then gave it back to me with no resolution, to make matters worse the owner hung up on me! I’ll explain the details... Purchased an amber ring, which was lovely, however the amber partly broke. Upon returning to the store, they said they would return it to the workshop for it to be looked at. Silvarious then kept hold of the ring for over 11 months. I chased this up several times and was advised it was still not resolved. I understand part of this time was taken up during lockdown, but they’d still had the ring for over six months before lockdown started. Post lockdown I visited the shop and was told by staff they would look into what had happened to my ring, that they still had! I then spoke to them over the phone a few days later and was given the impression all would be sorted upon my next return to the shop. I then returned to the shop again and was told by the shop assistant that there was nothing they could do. So after keeping my ring for nearly a year, their resolution was nothing! Here’s your ring back, tough luck. I was surprised and disappointed to say the least so asked to speak to the manager, who wasn’t in the shop so the manager / owner was called by the shop assistant. The manager confirmed they were not going to do anything and I reiterated that I wasn’t happy. After feeling like I wasn’t being listened to, I was told by the manager / owner that I wasn’t listening to her numerous times and then she hung up on me, whilst I was in her shop. This was the worst customer service I have ever received in my life from the person who should be holding the highest level to represent her shop and brand. This was unprofessional, rude and quite embarrassing to be hung up on by the manager / owner whilst I stood in her shop. This jewellers stocks lovely items and I have bought many pieces from this shop over many years, this stood for nothing! Quite incredible and surprising to be treated in this way. Didn’t make me feel like a “valued customer” as they state on their website...
