Visited Cresta Gems for a quote on 2 rings and bracelet to be fixed as they were damaged. I decided to leave them to be fixed as the quote was a bargain. 4 days later I got a call to say they were ready for collection. I went in to the shop this morning to collect them and was over the moon at the quality of the job! Absolutely smashing! I could not of asked for a better job to be done. I am so happy and strongly advise to visit this shop for your repairs … thanks again guys in the shop! :)
Went to get my wedding band increased in size after 30 yrs. Most other places quite between £60-100 to do it plus it would take 3-6 weeks. For a simple fold band this was ridiculous. Took it to Cresta Gems, and it was ready in 3 hrs, all polished and fits perfectly. Advice from the lady was spot on also. She recommended the size and advised in going too big as it will slip off in winter when our hands get smaller generally with the cold. And all for just £30. Perfect. Thanks
Excellent experience, I had a broken gold necklace which was sentimental to me and wanted it repaired if at all possible. The service I received was exceptional, and the lady serving me was so lovely. Thankfully Cresta Gems were able to repair the necklace within a day, and the cost was most agreeable for my wallet... My wedding and engagement ring needed some long awaited tlc, my fingers after 17 years had slightly outgrown them and needed resizing and plating. I popped along to the store and was greeted very welcoming and the lady was very helpful! Her knowledge was exceptional and advised that my ring needed a new crown and thickening as they had worn, to my suprise my rings were ready two days later before Christmas! Superb service definitely a wow factor and my rings look as new as the day I bought them ! Thankyou so much !
Fantastic first class service, went in yesterday to have my wedding ring size adjusted we was greeted by a lovely lady who was very friendly and helpful, I was expecting to have to wait to get my ring back but they managed to complete the same day! I was recommended Cresta Gems Derby by a family member and they didn't disappoint! They took two gold rings from our family and reworked them into two new wedding rings for myself and my fiancé. Jewellery repair and cleaning. Dropped 3 platinum rings off for cleaning/polishing and mine needed reshaping and a new diamond fitting. I had left it a bit late as I wanted them cleaned and repaired before my wedding anniversary a week later. Wendy explained it could be a couple of weeks for the diamond fitting so might not be done in time for my anniversary, but but she would see what she could do. I got a call 4 working days later to say all done and ready for collection, well in advance of my anniversary. Great service and good price. Highly recommended.
From making my bespoke wedding ring four years ago, returning for them to design and make an eternity ring was a natural and perfect choice.
