I recently had the pleasure of dealing Ashby Jewellers on a number occasions and found ALL of their staff to be very friendly, efficient and competent. Always wanting to support a local business, this will definitely my first choice for future purchases.
I’ve used Ashby Jewellers multiple times, and always been delighted with the service. The team there is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, no matter how big or small the job. I’m particularly grateful that even when I’ve brought in an item for repair that has zero monetary value but priceless sentimental value, they’ve treated it as such. Fantastic jewellers. What puts this place apart is their customer service, which is superb. Was left some jewellery from my late Mum and wanted to know some information about it. The staff were willing to do this and were so helpful...offered to pay for the info but they insisted ..no charge. Super service..recommend.
I have today visited Ashby Jewellers to have three family watches fitted with new batteries. Following a recent visit to get a battery fitted for my father, and having received very good service I decided to return. Yet again I have to say that the service I received was excellent and the price for the work was competitive. I would totally recommend them and I will myself use them again. Adam and his staff are friendly, professional and knowledgable and we should support local independent business.
I have bought from and used Ashby Jewellers service a few times over the years and recently had my ring valued for insurance, after they had replaced a missing stone. As on previous occasions, I found them professional, reasonably priced and my ring came back slightly quicker than they said it would, so I was very happy indeed.
Great service. Dropped in to enquire about a watch repair as a few of the numerals had become detached from the face. All repaired and new battery installed within 30 minutes. Thank you very much, I will definitely use you again.
Superb service from Ashby Jewelers!!! I have watch that has sentimental value to me the strap had broken and a piece was missing. I took the watch to Ashby Jewelers in the hope that the could help and they certainly did! The repaired the strap and fitter s 70's battery within about 30 minutes. Fantastic, friendly, helpful people. Can't recommend them enough.
I have used this family owned Jewellers for over 20 years whenever I wish to purchase any 'quality' jewellery .The service is friendly and helpful and I never come away feeling that I have been 'ripped off'! Professional advice is always available.Brilliant,even a tight Yorkshireman doesn't mind spending money here !!!!
Lovely Jewellers. I visited to have my weddings rings resized and some earrings adjusted. Steph dealt with me, who was very helpful. Communication was excellent and the service was much quicker than I expected. Some beautiful jewellery is in stock including some vintage pieces. So if you’re looking for a special gift I would definitely recommend.
