Absolutely amazing customer service I took my dads gold chain in to be repaired they explained what needed to be done and priced it up for me there and then. I was happy with the price and left it with them within a week it was back. Staff are so lovely. Will definitely go here again. Thank you!!
I’ve used Henry Rose on a number of occasions, repairing some jewellery, certification for insurance and most recently to design a ring for a big birthday. Kerry and all the team are always so helpful and friendly, Kerry specifically was fantastic with my ring and I absolutely love it. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Fabulous service from Kerrie. My husband had contacted Kerrie because I had a 14 carat Dolphin ring that I had for my 21st Birthday but the tail had worn away, fallen and I had lost it. Kerrie managed to source a similar ring and contacted my husband. We took the original ring with the idea of having the tail from the new ring welded onto the existing ring to make it complete. Kerrie suggested that we amalgamated the 2 rings and had 2 dolphins in a wrap around ring. The resulting ring is simply stunning! Totally unique , bespoke and I love it! My husband and I are absolutely delighted with it and cannot thank Kerrie enough.
Went in a bit clueless looking for a wedding band for my (didn't realise at the time) unusually shaped engagement ring after struggling at many other jewellers. The ladies were a fantastic help giving me lots of options and advice and eventually I settled for a custom made gentle wave band - something I didn't even know was possible - for a price far more reasonable than I expected! They also cleaned up a 25 year old silver necklace I was gifted by a relative and bought it back to life so I could wear it at my wedding :) 100% would recommend!

Incredible service- I was recommended this jewellers from a friend who recently bought an engagement ring from here. I was planning on proposing to my partner and already had a ring but it needed repairing, resizing and cleaning. I messaged Henry rose via Facebook messenger and had a really friendly response telling me they could do it and gave me a rough idea of how long it would take. They were extremely professional and completed everything within two weeks, meaning I could ask her the big question whilst we were on holiday and make it extra special. They also included a beautiful presentation box which made the proposal even more special, thank you to everyone at Henry Rose. I fully trust them with all of my jewellery needs in the future.
