   Fair play the security here now are ace people, great choice by Casa.. credit where it's due.. do wish it could have a bit of a change itself sometimes, but probably limited to what you can do inside, and i'm just getting old I guess, but it's been the same for years and years. but hey it works.& shout out to the staff too, already friendly and quick to get served majority are awesome.

   We did a Selfie Pod for a year 6 leavers party here a couple of weeks ago. This is a nice venue. Everywhere was clean and tidy. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and very helpful.

   Overall a good club for stafford. The drinks are on the more expensive side however regarding service I was on a night out where it was moderately quiet for 2am and was left at the bar for quite a while where servers were just ignoring us so we decided to leave. Bathrooms are moderately clean and staff are overall super nice. It would be nice to see bouncers stepping in between fights and actually attempting to stop aggressive and drunk people who are taking it too far, as on our night out there was a girl imparticular who was screaming and being agressive where bouncers and staff just ignored her even though she was visably disturbing other people. Not to mention the number of assaults in CASA where nothing is done by the bouncers. The music is okay but it would be nice to have a mix of 2000s and new songs throughout a variety of genres as the music was slightly boring when we went. Overall a decent club and would be nice to see more seating however good for one of the only clubs in stafford.

   Casa Lounge, Stafford Casa Lounge is a beautiful place to hang out, with a great atmosphere and welcoming staff. The customer service is excellent, and the team ensures guests feel at home. However, during my recent visit, I found it quite cold inside, as the doors were left wide open despite it being winter. A bit more warmth would definitely enhance the comfort of guests. Additionally, on a previous visit, I witnessed security personnel handling a situation involving two gentlemen rather aggressively. While maintaining order is important, a more professional approach—such as a calm discussion—would have been more appropriate instead of simply pushing them out in front of other patrons. Overall, Casa Lounge is a great spot to relax and socialize, but a few improvements in guest comfort and security handling would make the experience even better. Looking forward to visiting again!

   Your doormen have a serious attitude and are so institute that in there oldd ways and are so aggressive threatened to smash your customer's facing I guess if your face don't fit then you're not coming in They pray on the valuable People whom just wanna come out have a good night and not get threatened to have this On the night out I've been here twice I shan't come again I'm given this 0 with you If I do come again and they threaten me or a friend of mine I'm taking im taking this further I have social media as well and I'm quite popular very well known 1 million followers I'm not gonna reveal my account here because if I do I'll expose you on there thanks Every time I go here I have a problem with the security staff ...very poor and bad service Get this place improved

   What can I say…… This place is unreal great vibes, great Management Luke &Stu with the added bouns DJs throughout the week…if you not visited yet you need to..also my server Kaci Was fantastic she must be new but she was so good and very customer focus definitely needs pay rise or promotion already.    Downstairs was ok, but upstairs was great! The music was great. Rap, Reggae and Dancehall. Everything from Beenie Man to Bob Marley to Eminem. Great vibes and everyone was friendly: Staff, Bounces and Patrons. Highly recommended!

   I think the interior of Casa has seen better days... The staff were pleasant and kept us furnished with expensive drinks. The outdoor seating area is better than the indoor area, and the outdoor heaters keep the cold away on these cool British summer evenings. The clientele all seem to be in their very early 20's.... It wouldn't be on my return list of places to go again. Our main reason for attending was that it was open late.
