   What a disappointment of a camping trip this was. The website suggested there's a lake, however, it is more of a Shrek's swamp than an actual lake - some green, sewage like liquid. The toilets are unisex, nothing wrong with that, but the state of them...I have one word- disgusting. I get that not everyone is a clean freak, but for a £70 a night i would expect them to be cleaned regularly. Shower- i would be scared that if I put my foot in it I would turn into Shrek myself. Location - nice quiet woodland, although to call it a woodland is a bit of a stretch. Absolutely never again! For this money I expected something better, and we have experienced a much better facilities at other locations for a similar asking price. So little goes a long way, so I guess it's just laziness.

   I was welcomed by very friendly staff who explained me the campsite was setup quiet to loud! So at one end were the groups who could stay up late, at the other end the campsite was dead silent. Worked perfectly! I was very happy to stay here.

   Great campsite for access to the New Forest. Even though the site was booked out on a bank holiday weekend it still felt like there was plenty of space. A group next to us had their music quite loud but the Kylie came over and told them to turn it down around 5pm (which they did) and then came back at 11pm and got them to turn it off (which they did).

   Just had a great weekend at meadow view. Beautiful woodland pitches with a lake. Love the spacious feel. Kylie & her partner running the site were so friendly & chilled. Really laid back site, we will be returning for sure! Lush pub a short walk away & love that you can borrow fire pits & benches. & purchase fire wood on site. The site is kinda far out so you need to come prepared with food & essentials etc but blinding weekend!

   Just spent the Easter weekend at Meadow Tree Farm and thoroughly enjoyed it. Didn't feel over crowded at all, basic shower and toilet block has everything you need. Great spot situated just out of Romsey, accessible to many a lovely country pub. Highly recommend for a no fuss, back to basics weekend!

   We stayed here at the end of July 2022 and had an amazing time. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, making regular walkabouts to check everything is ok. The toilet facilities are basic, but they work and are clean. The floors get a bit grubby, but the toilets and sinks are kept clean. The facilities being unisex wasn’t and issue for me. It’s not 5* hotel luxury, but then you are camping! The site could do with more showers, but the owner has said this in the plan for improvements. There was always hot water for showers and washing up. The site had a very relaxed feel and it wasn’t over crowded. I really enjoyed our stay and we will be going back.

   Cracking little campsite! On arrival Kylie welcomed us to site and checked we were up to speed on camp rules etc. We were then left to unpack, set up camp and get our bearings. She popped by from time to time to check all was well and we enjoyed the introduction to the ducks! The location is lovely with a woodland camping area and an open field with some electric hookups if you want / need them. We had plenty of space for our 3 tents without feeling overlooked or too close to other visitors. We also set up a "kitchen / entertainment" area and took full advantage of there being picnic tables available so we could have a dining table! Facilities are basic but when popping the tent up in a field or woodland, what more do you need? Drinking water - check, toilet - check, hot shower - check, hot water for washing up after a greasy breakfast - check! Kylie also mentioned there were plans to add more facilities but to be fair we never had an issue with the facility block being overly crowded. We enjoyed a full weekend and paid the tiny additional charge for late checkout so we could enjoy our morning and pack up at our leisure rather than rushing about. We did miss being able to have a BBQ and fire pit but the weather cannot be controlled and safety comes first. We will be back with our fire pit another time!!

   Amazing!! Wild camping with the added bonus of a make shift toilet block and shower! If you want luxury don’t bother, go book a hotel, this is camping not an instagram fest!! .. but if you want clear night skies, unspoilt new forest ground and an incredible host then come here, you will not be disappointed! Highly recommended x

   The lady in reception was great, friendly.. So she gets the star! However the site is small, and very crammed. The toilet block needs knocking down or completely refurbished as the cleanliness of this is not fit for purpose. We decided to leave a day early as I could not face not having another shower in this hot weather. I would of not booked if there were no amenities and as this campsite stated there were but kept in an appalling state and this is an adults only site.. One very very grimm shower cubicle, 4 toilets all shared for 100+ campers is not very viable.. I hope this campsite put some funds into improving there standards as there is a lot of competition as it could be a gem. The bins could be placed away from the campers as the smell lingers from these bins... Recycling might help with this too.

   Bit of a diamond in the rough, a charming little wood land to pitch up in, and a nice friendly reception from the owner. However, 1 grubby shower with no functioning lock on the door and constantly muddy toilets with varying degrees of toilet roll availability, middle cubicle toilet role holder falls open and will bonk you on the head if your sat down. Two policies I’d reconsider is letting dogs roam off leashes, constantly listening to people chasing there dogs about the site is no fun at all, neither is having dogs run up to yours and barking at it with no owners in site or any effort to recall and apologies by negligent owners, once or twice is understandable but every hour or two is not okay. In addition to this I had to pick up poo before we pitched our tent as well. Lastly, fire pits are supplied but no fire wood, instead you are invited to forage for wood, we observed a few cases of campers desecrating trees and bushes, seems like the owners are missing a trick not supplying logs, it would be easy money for them and would help to better preserve the wood land. All in all, this could be a great campsite given the location, but really needs to reconsider a few things and make a better effort to deep clean and maintain facilities, (maybe get the 2nd shower working too).
