I cannot recommend Matt and Louise highly enough. They when over and above caring for our cat. It was the first time leaving our cat so felt a bit anxious but upon meeting Matt prior to our holiday he made me feel at ease. They even sent me photos and updates. Elsa was so contented and happy. Would definitely use them again without hesitation.
Gracie loves her walks with Matt & Louise, she returns home and within 5 minutes she’s fast asleep snoring away! We have used Petpals for the last 5 years to go in and feed our cat Tinkerbell whenever we go on holiday. They are brilliant and we always come home to a happy kitty! They are very trustworthy and reliable and it is reassuring to know that there is someone popping by the house everyday just to keep an eye on things as well as our cat. They don't just feed her they also make time to have a cuddle and a play which is lovely! For anybody that has a cat that doesn't like going into a cattery we highly recommend this husband and wife duo as an alternative as it means your furbabies can stay at home where they feel comfortable. Can’t recommend Petpals enough. Matt and Louise are brilliant and always take great care of our cat whenever we’re away. It’s so much better than taking her to the cattery as she hates being taken away from home. Matt came to ours and met us and our cat prior to us first going away. It’s clear that he really cares about the animals he takes care of and it was nice to know that our fur baby would be in safe hands with him and Louise. We love getting the photo updates whilst away too!
I honestly can’t say enough good things about Matt and Louise. They’ve been incredible from day one — always so flexible and accommodating when I need extra dates and I absolutely love the photos of Tilly having the time of her life! It’s clear how much they genuinely care about her. Tilly isn’t the easiest dog, so finding someone I trust this much is rare. I rely on their service often and they never let me down. Thank you both for being so wonderful — I don’t know what we’d do without you!
We have used PetPals multiple times, fantastic service! Our cat loves her visits, and as well as feeding her Matt will give her love and attention, play with her and send us updates and photos. He will also water plants and turn lights on and off to help the house look occupied, and keep an eye on things for peace of mind. Much less stressful for our cat to stay at home, so she is happier. Wouldn’t use anything else now!
Matt and petpals romsey have provided a fantastic service for us and our little cat poppy on many many occasions. Each time we have poppy booked in whilst we are away, she is brilliantly looked after by Matt dropping into see her either once or twice a day depending on how long we are away. I couldn’t recommend their service highly enough!
