Would give no stars if possible, Ross running around covering other lawyers with little regard to task at hand, communication is terrible and as he was so incompetent at being on time I represented myself. This company then has the audacity to charge over £2000 for a shambolic service via a CCJ. Stay well away!
Have been scammed out of 3000 pounds. Was told that the cost would not exceed 1700.00. Was told charges were changed but in fact the charges were not changed - Ross had no idea what the case was - i represented myself and got on way better had a great outcome. Resigned half way through case as noticed I am being scammed.
