All the dishes on the menu had a next level twist over basic cafe grub. Really interesting themed menus and specials. Delightfully stocked cake cabinet. Great soundtrack. Good vibes.

Gorgeous food! Came here for lunch with my friends - great service and atmosphere. I had the king prawns with triple cooked chips which were amazing, prawns were so juicy and crispy. Would recommend!

No problems with the staff however the food was so bad. I asked for my steak to be medium rare but it came well done. The burgers are not served with chips which is crazy to me, and to the other table that ordered. Was a real let down considering the price and other reviews I thought would be nice. Better off going david Lloyd for steak and eggs half the price and so much nicer.

I come here all the time—for breakfast, lunch, or dinner—and it’s consistently great. The food’s clearly made with quality, local ingredients and always feels a step above the usual. Plenty of good vegetarian options too. Cakes are a highlight—generous slices and seriously good. Just a solid, reliable place.

Fantastic place. The food is so delicious and fresh. Had the best hot chocolate of my life here. Was so grateful to them for squeezing us in as we hadn't booked. We accidentally drove 40 minutes in the wrong direction to eat here and it was 100% worth it!

A nice little club type restaurant serving exquisite menu. Place with good vibe, not noisy, great place to hang with friends. The burgers served with good patties and especially the goat cheese one was scrumptious. The lamb curry is a well blended one between Indian and western one. Servers were very friendly. Seating were spacious.

Visited for brunch, would recommend pre-booking as there are limited tables inside for walk-ins. Excellent range of brunch options with an emphasis on local produce. Service was attentive though the food did take a bit of time to arrive. The quality was excellent though, and service picked up as more staff arrived. There looked to be a good range of cakes - we'll definitely try these next time!

The ambiance of the place is nice. It felt relaxed and friendly. The food was nice, you can tell the ingredients are high quality. The homemade beans were lovely, unlike anything I've had before, very nice. The 2 servers that we had seemed friendly and attentive to our needs. I didn't enjoy the coffee, I found it to have an almost sour taste. This could possibly have just been my personal taste as a posed to bad coffee. On a whole this is a nice place if you want to 'treat'yourself to a nice breakfast/meal.

My colleague recommended this place for dinner and she got it spot on! From the incredibly broad menu to the delicious food to the excellent staff, I would happily recommend The Tuning Fork to anybody in the area. The menu changes on a near daily basis and the ingenuity of the ingredients (coconut dressing? Really?) is a masterstroke. Couple that with patient, yet enthusiastic staff and it is a great experience for all concerned. It is not the cheapest menu I have ever seen but our total bill came to around £75 with a three-course meal each, which I thought was fair all-round.
