Very negative opinion from my side. I paid a deposit to start the case and further legal work but nothing like that happened and I did not get the money I was scammed back.

Called this solicitor today to discuss an extremely sensitive and heartbreaking matter of wanting to add my deceased Father to my birth certificate and was met with the rudest and most abrupt receptionist. Handling matters like this should be met with a little care, even if they felt they were unable to help- if you have a sensitive matter - know that they absolutely do not care about you or any feelings and don’t expect any empathy.
