Appalling solicitors. Documents missing on occasions, documents not forwarded to waiting clients, not answering phone or emails. Would never use again.
Was in speaking to my solicitor and when you go in the reception is always says hello and her manner is good and they always say goodbye when you leave if they are not on the phone or dealing with other clients

We transferred and updated our wills with RCC&Wallace last week.(Stonehaven branch). Scott was a pleasure to deal with. He was very efficient, concise and good humoured. We were surprised at how easily this was done. Our wills were reasonably complicated and even included a provision for our goats ( yes, that's right, goats!). The end result was a really modern, clear and unambiguous document with actual paragraphs and punctuation; i.e. not the usual Shakespearean "legalese". Preparing wills is obviously not a cheerful activity but RCC&Wallace's approach made the whole process a lot easier than one would expect. Highly recommended.
So rude just called up to ask what type of solicitors they are lady on the phone so mean. I think these people need phone handling training
