Purchased two Will and LPA packages around early 2024 from this company, for both myself and Wife. Process to start with was really good, and was being dealt with by Caroline. We received confirmation in April 2024 that something was done in error by the Office of the Public Guardian, and that we had to start the process again for one of the LPA’s. No fault of our own, and by the sounds of it no fault of Straight Talk. We replied the same day of that email, and done everything needed our side to get the ball rolling again confirmed via emails. My review and complaint however, is because since 12th of April 2024, we have not had any response from the company Straight Talk or Caroline, despite emails and phone calls. My Wife has called at least 4 times and has been told Caroline will get back to her, but we’ve heard nothing about our situation. It’s been well over a year since we started the process, and the communication from this company has been absolutely appalling considering the money paid.

I am writing this 5 star review ahead of the appointment due to the efficient and friendly way the appointment setting has been handled. Excellent friendly, honest and professional service. Caroline put us at ease straightaway with a coffee and explained all our options and what would suit our needs best. The mirror wills were drafted and agreed by us on a second visit with no pushy sales talk. Very happy and would recommend to anyone. Next step for us is sorting a LPA.
