I was admitted to the Saxon Clinic under the NHS for hip replacement. I could not fault it in anyway. All staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and reassuring. I came in contact with porters, cleaners, kitchen staff, physio, radiographer, nurses, all grades, theatre and ward and all doctors. I could not choose one above any other. The food was excellent, presented perfectly and hot, in fact sorry to leave before my last 3 course evening meal. I even had a phone call a couple of days after discharge to see if I was coping and did I have any concerns. I wish everyone could be so lucky to be admitted there.

My son had a surgery procedure at the Saxon clinic. We had all thr tests and check ups at the clinic ending with his operation. The whole pediatric and surgery team were incredible with my son. With a special shout out to the care and attention that Hayleigh, Katie and Ashleigh gave, it made his operation and visit incredibly smooth and he was well looked after. They were great with him him. The whole experience was very good. Reception team friendly and catering department were great

My hospital experience exceeded my expectations. I felt like I was in a five-star hotel constantly, with far less worry and anxiety than I anticipated. I was pleasantly surprised by how positively each member treated me. They were attentive and informed me well in advance of any potential issues. I felt truly cared for and didn’t feel like I was in a hospital. I recommend everyone I met, and especially gynaecologist Mr Kailash Nakade and anaesthesiologist Dr Jagadish Gourapura Murugeshappa. They made my gynaecology surgery a very stress free experience!

We were at the Saxon Clinic for my son's operation. The nursing team of Jo, Lisa and Ashleigh were all very welcoming and reassuring. The surgeon, Mr Budny was excellent and the anaesthetist Kate was brilliantly reassuring, housekeeping/catering was of a good calibre too. No one wants to be in hospital out of choice, but the experience was as reassuring as it could be. Thank you to all.

I accompanied my partner to The Saxon Clinic today for his pre-assessment prior to his knee replacement operation. We were looked after by wonderful staff from the moment we arrived to when we left two hours later. The nurses who helped us complete the necessary forms and carried out all the necessary tests (Amber and Sharon) could not have been more caring and considerate. They made our visit very pleasant.

Excellent care - I’ve had 10 operations at the Saxon Clinic in about 23 years. The only problem is the car parking - despite being expanded once in those 23 years it is still too small, forcing some people to park on double yellow lines on the adjacent road. I now tend to aim to be 15 minutes early so I have time to wait for a space to become available when necessary.

Great clinic, specialists are efficient and care is good. The clinic is very clean and well maintained. Receptionists are helpful and efficient. The only issue I had was with their accounts department. Who instead of liaising with my insurance provider directly (phoning or emailing them) to clarify any information, was instead only harassing me, which delayed my care, and although I could not do anything about this. After several phone calls and emails with my insurance and their accounts team, and having asked the accounts team to contact my insurance directly following the advise from my insurance company, I finally noticed that the accounts team had an extra zero on my membership number. This was weeks after having resent my insurance information to the accounts team and having asked them to double check it. I had my care delayed because of this, which could have simply be resolved in minutes should they actually contact my insurance provider directly, or double check the information I provided and asked to double check, instead of harassing clients and delaying care needlessly.

Went to visit the Saxon clinic for on going issue medical condition, extremely busy like the NHS no place to sit in reception, misspelt my name on the records, unable to complete bloods on the same day, apparently the nurses are under pressure and was given an appointment a week later which I can’t make also unable to arrange MRI scan appointment on the day, so more visits and phone calls to arrange them and take time off work. Long waiting list. Was expecting abit more improvement than the NHS unfortunately not.

Just had a total knee replacement op at the Saxon, Mr Wallace was the Orthopaedic Surgeon, he has been excellent through the process. The staff at the Saxon have been just excellent, from Dee who took care of the catering to Jamiliah, Anastasia, Dr Emanuel, and the physio team. Apologies if I’ve missed anyone I was made to feel very comfortable.

I received excellent care before during and after my hip replacement surgery at Saxon Clinic. I can’t thank my fantastic Surgeon Mr Shiraaz enough - he was empathetic and reassuring throughout, explaining procedure and putting me at ease. I am now walking unaided and pain free 6 weeks after surgery. I’m so grateful to Mr Shiraaz and his team! Sincere thanks to the wonderful admin, reception, medical, catering, housekeeping and physio teams too for their care and kindness towards me. A very dedicated and hard working community!
