We transferred and updated our wills with RCC&Wallace last week.(Stonehaven branch). Scott was a pleasure to deal with. He was very efficient, concise and good humoured. We were surprised at how easily this was done. Our wills were reasonably complicated and even included a provision for our goats ( yes, that's right, goats!). The end result was a really modern, clear and unambiguous document with actual paragraphs and punctuation; i.e. not the usual Shakespearean "legalese". Preparing wills is obviously not a cheerful activity but RCC&Wallace's approach made the whole process a lot easier than one would expect. Higly recommended.

Renting through RCC&W and just moved in to the property. The bank needs a new certified copy. Called them for a sollicitor to sign a copy. Walk in, make a copy and out again, 2 minutes tops. £ 120.00! Must be running low on cash over there. What a horrific service to clients. Confirmed once again, not interested in clients, interested in money only.
