   We had a new combi boiler installed by Bespoke Gas and what a brilliant customer experience we had, we are so glad we were recommended to them. We were not sure what type of boiler we wanted so it was really good that Anthony from Bespoke Gas talked us through all the different boiler options and outcomes, all of which were which competitively priced which made choosing the right boiler for us easy and straight forward. The removal and installation of the new boiler by Anthony and Kurtis, was undertaken with minimal disruption and each step was clearly explained. We now have a warm house and and as much hot water as we need. I cannot recommend Bespoke Gas highly enough this company is the real deal.

   I found Bespoke gas on Nextdoor and am so incredibly happy I did. They worked with me to get an urgent boiler service in, on a day that worked for me, so that my warranty wouldn’t lapse. Their communication is great. And their engineer was amazing. He was professional, kind and efficient. He explained what he needed, and then just cracked on. Even answering some of my silly questions along the way. I don’t usually write reviews for companies, but these guys deserve it.

   Amazing service from Bespoke Gas. We had a problem with our tenants’ heating and needed a quick solution. The managing agents were slow and obtained an astronomical quote from their contractor. Bespoke Gas visited within a few hours of our call and fixed the problem straight away. Result: happy tenants and happy landlords (also because the cost was very reasonable.) This is a great company which understands how to deal with customers. Don’t hesitate to contact them if you need help.

   10/10 service! From start to finish, great communication, prompt & professional with outstanding knowledge and customer service. We would never have got through this summer without our AirCon unit, which was installed in April by Anthony & Kurtis. Amazing guys who did an A* job. There’s more involved than screwing a box on the wall. Lots of behind the scenes work to make sure everything was spot on, arranging materials, stock management and compliance. We have included some photos to show some of the process. Overall the guys did a fantastic job, fully recommend Bespoke Gas Ltd and have their number firmly stored in our phones and the kettle always at the ready for Anthony’s coffee.    We’ve used Bespoke Gas for years now, our whole family use them too. The team is always very responsive and helpful. Although they were super busy when we called them to rescue us with no heating, the lead engineer received a message from the office and called us back. Anthony explained that if we could do a video call if would save any visit costs as we maybe able to remedy the issue with our Intergas boiler that had low pressure ourselves. He was currently in Swanmore fitting an Oil Boiler and us in Boorley Park Southampton, so a video call would also save him the trip and us the cost. Anthony and Ben (my husband) through the powers of tech were able to sort the problem and get the heating back on, it was just low pressure on the boiler. All sorted now and we’re very thankful for the Bespoke Team’s usual sterling help, and of course Steve Jobs for “FaceTime” Great “jobs” guys!! Thanks, Jenna.

   Anthony came to my rescue….boiler pressure was dropping every time we tried filling it up and water was pouring out of overflow pipe…..he came out the same day as I contacted him and arrived promptly at the time agreed (with a phone call to say he was on his way) got straight to work and sorted out the issue plus serviced the boiler at same time very genuine and likeable chap kept me updated on exactly what he was doing and the parts he needed to change. Extremely happy with the service provided and wouldn’t hesitate recommending Bespoke Gas to friends and neighbours William
