Christina is an amazing counsellor, she has helped both with my marriage and a turbulent past. I am a very private person but she has a way of extracting things that were buried and dealing with emotions with a huge amount of empathy. I would recommend her counselling service above all others I have been to.
I am not someone that talks about what I feel and certainly not one who likes the idea of counselling, I was bought up with a single father of a ripe age so it was instilled that men should "get on with it". Myself and my wife needed help and I agreed to seek help (let me be clear, we tried with a well known company first and that was horrible). Christina took that apprehension on board, she made us feel comfortable and somehow, some way she actually got me talking. Truth is without Christina's help I'd go on record to say our marriage would not have continued. Christina practices in a comfortable and welcoming environment and really does care. cost wish she is more than competitive and I can give my word she is more interested in helping you. There was no plan, no text book, no exercises. Simply intuition and asking the right questions and giving the right time and allowing space. My opinion has changed in terms of counselling.
