Great service again! This is our second purchase from Defcon Airsoft UK. We ordered an Airsoft AK for our son, who loves airsoft, and everything went perfectly. I spoke with Paul on the phone — he was very helpful and arranged the delivery the same day, which was amazing. The products are always good quality and exactly as described. Great company, excellent customer communication with quick replies to email correspondance. Products promptly sent and arrive on time. Great product range, quite a few items out of stock but generally find that being the issue at most retailers, I assume popular items fly off the shelves when back in stock. Really pleased with my Mk18 and Glock 19 which I bought from them recently.
Didn't get what I wanted, I didn't realise you only got blue as the two tone option, which would look horrendous on a tan Glock 19 X, which I thought was bright enough to be ok. Apparently not. However, tremendous, and in fact, exceptional, communications. Getting round all of the things in the way, left alone to just find things and find out myself, and feeling like I'm being just shoved into some sort of "outsider" category because I'm unknown on the particular numbers and things you needs' databases, and "new here", has been infuriating, and stressful. I was immediately emailed back, and everything was sorted. It was rapid fire. Best communications so far, and I've ended up on American sites by accident because all I saw was things in pounds. I can tell so much, by so little. Well done boys (being general everyone is the boys). P.S. actual pictures of me. The profile picture...funny story.
Absolutely brilliant service! From start to finish, the communication was spot on – I was kept fully updated with pictures and videos of every stage of the work, which gave me real confidence in what was being done. Not only did he carry out everything I asked for, but he went above and beyond, picking up on extra details and sorting those too. The whole job was done in just a day, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough – definitely my go-to tech from now on!
Excellent supplier - bought my last two aisoft guns from Defcon, and their service has been spot on. Very quick, no fuss delivery - and very quick to respond to questions. Good pricing too.
I ordered one of the rifles and instead of just sending it off they checked it was all in good order, thankfully they did as a something wasn’t right. They replayed it with their own stock which not a lot of places do so good, was extremely flexible with the shipping as I had to get it sent elsewhere due to moving for work, the customer service was one of the best I’ve dealt with. 10/10
Very reasonably priced, swift delivery, quick response to emails only gripe was having to email Defcon to see if dispatched as was not informed it was on its way with an expected delivery between 10.15 & 14.15. email informing me of delivery and tracking number received at 11.32. Fortunately was able to get home in time Administration error???????? Just food for thought otherwise would have been 5 stars. I also checked spam/junk before contacting about delivery information
Had a few teething problems which were all sorted out quickly. They responded quickly to my calls and emails and went out of their way to help and provide great customer service for me. The staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and I’ll definitely be making more purchases from them.
