   What a superb business! In Tuesday 1st October 2024 we discovered, once hitched up, that the jockey wheel could not be lowered again. Totally stuck! Googled caravan engineers, rang Caravan Solutions and got a very helpful, supportive response. We drove straight to the premises of Caravan Solutions to deal with our unforeseen emergency. They attended to the problem immediately, took the assembly apart, fixed a bent part, reassembled the jockey wheel and all within 20 minutes. A life saver for us…And all done with a friendly smile and a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Brilliant service from some very nice people. Highly recommended! Many thanks. Mike and Liz Smith.

   I cannot praise these guys enough, I had a really strange problem with my 3 way fridge and was thinking I might have to replace it but no, these guys looked at it, stripped it all down replaced the parts to make my fridge back in tip top condition for a fraction of the cost of a replacement. Dropped it off at 8.30 and got a call 4 hours later to say it was all done and ready for collection. I was blown away with the cost, the service explanation and the friendliness. You will not get a better caravan repairer.

   Our heater had corroded and was leaking and the vehicle is so old you can't get the heater parts but they got me a second hand one on ebay, cleaned it up and fitted it. Good prices and they were very knowledgeable as well as accomodating.

They couldn’t fit me in to repair my caravan fridge at short notice but they gave me advice on how to do it myself as well as giving me a number of a mobile repair man.
