I visited this shop today to get some stuff for my fishing trip this bank holiday weekend. The staff were lovely and happy to help with any questions I had. I was served by Alex with a big smile, eager to help me with everything I needed. It was a great experience and I’d go again.
Visited the store today and I'm over the moon I did, was recommended to these guys by a friend who has many hours on the banks under his belt . I was a little nervous at first as I had absolutely nothing and tiny knowledge from years ago, but ben came to my rescue. He spent a huge amount of time going through everything I needed to know in fine detail and listened to what I was looking for, not only that I have two fairly wild young children who was made to feel welcome also which was lovely. I couldn't recommend these guys enough! Each colleague made a great effort to interact with me and share knowledge and experiences which gave me a great sense of ease. But the star of the show really was ben! And I'm extremely grateful for your help! And getting me back on the banks now again. I will 100% be returning to the store for future gear and anything fishing related, may I add I live around 30-40 mins away and still hugely recommend travelling to visit this store! It has everything and more but a huge plus... The knowledge and expertise! Thankyou all! Looking forward to returning again! Loads of choice, competitive prices, and they have lots in stock. No waiting for weeks for your rods to arrive. I've had two rods so far at very competitive prices. Found the rods I wanted put in my post code to find the nearest shop with them in and reserved them on line, it's that easy. Why go anywhere else.
I really hope I’m right when I say Phil… After popping in the store today me and the Mrs had absolutely top service from Phil. We explained we wanted a crack at fishing again and he didn’t pressure any sales and found the exact kit in our budget. We went straight out and caught! So something definitely went right.
