   One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had, I had never walked into a millets before but I saw there was a sale going on and I walked into the shop. As a man who has no knowledge of any camping products I was tempted to buy so much. The staff helped me so much, the members of staff who help me to make this important decision was Owen and Ben. I came away with so much knowledge and a flap jack. Truly outstanding!

   Good outdoor shop. Bought a new coat for just £49 reduced from £170 so quite a bargain. Only issue with this store is that it often closes at lunch time due to lack of staff, so beware of going at that time.

   I had to exchange some waterproof trousers that I had bought online in the blacks, black Friday sale. Millets and blacks are part of the same trading company. The staff were incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble, customer service the way it should be done. This particular store is not the biggest but the staff were willing to pick up the phone and call other stores nearby to check stock, if they were unable to fulfill my requirements. If you're looking for outdoor clothing and accessories etc and you live in the area, give the ladies at this millets a go. I would be surprised if you were in any way disappointed.

   Very nice staff who were quick to ask me what I needed and were very much on the ball with what those requirements would entail. They are also rather anecdotal which shows a passion for outdoors activity and a practical know-how. The shop is also very well organised with a clear presentation of the different sections of items which means a quick shop is possible if you're needing to grab some essentials (which is something reflected in many Millets/Blacks outdoor shops). This shop also offers a student discount which is a massive help considering the costliness of certain items. All in all, a very handy shop which is well kept and well organised: I can't fault it

   Great customer service, I was really impressed. Warm, friendly greeting from a busy staff member as we walked in and then helped immediately by another obviously busy staff member. She helped me find the boots in my size and even brought clean, thin socks so I could see if the fluffy socks I was wearing would affect the fit. She takes them home and washes them herself - talk about going the extra mile! :D These ladies need recognising for their hard work. The boots were a real bargain, good quality and stylish. Very happy customer, thank you.
