   One of the best TK Maxx's in the area as it's not to busy and the sale rail is always back full of bright and colourful stuff that people in Burton just don't every buy. Had so many great bargains in here. From fab rainbow shoes to bright yellow versace jeans. All a fraction of the price. The staff are always so helpful and fun, love shopping in there.

   Busy Bank Holiday morning. No self service tills open. One very nice and professional girl serving, but no help from the 3 staff meandering around the store. 10 mins in the queue and eventually back up arrived and she activated the self service tills. Get them on before opening?

   On 19th of August 2023 at 3:43pm we went to tkmax burton with my family. My husband and son found a blazer from clearance line for £7 which had so many yellow tickets for further reduction. When we went to the till. First that lady gave me weird look. And when she scanned the blazer and looked at the price on the till which said men tailoring £7 she left the till without saying a word. We were shocked to see this attitude. Then she went to another member of staff they had chat and another lady came to us saying oh this can not be this cheap. Some customer might have put wrong labels and when I asked how many labels a customer can put? Do you provide a sticker gun to the customers. She had no answer as you can see in the photo that it had lots of reduction price stickers. But they were both rude, removed the sale stickers from the tag and asked £49.99 for that reduction sale line item and when we said this is not right they refused to sell it us and kept it with them. See the attached photos. When we asked their names they refused to give and one of them (claimed to be assistant manager without any ID) said they will not give their names.

   Had a really helpful server today, I didn’t get her name but she had long brown hair & wore black glasses, she was super polite, friendly and helpful, she talked to me about the skin care product I wanted and made my shopping experience a lot better
