   I can’t thank ABERHELP (Pawel Glowacki) enough for all his support with sorting out my life insurance and other stuff. There were quite a few bumps in the road along the way, but he were always there to guide me through every step. No matter how many questions I had, he took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I always felt there was a solution — and a way to get there.    Dozens of agents... each of them the best of course . But how do they really differ? You don't know until you are in a situation when you really need such an agent. So I took a chance... I thought: we'll do it face to face and I'll know who I'm dealing with. And everything is fine - like with any other agent, professional, to the point and honest. Insurance signed. The differences really started to come out later. It was Paweł who contacted me some time later to kindly inform me about a few options in a topic (not about insurance) that I had brought up in passing at the meeting and which was not part of his "responsibilities". And he is the one who asks from time to time how I am and how certain things are going. And he is the one who makes sure that I don't have to wander when I'm looking for/need a little advice. It's like having a private advisor - unusual and admirable. Apart from his professionalism, what else I value about him is that he is, above all, UNPUSHABLE, he does not try to push something on you that you do not really need. I value that! And for his vast knowledge. And for his ordinary, human approach to various topics. In my opinion, he is a recommendable person. Not an agent, just a person. 10/10 . Highly recommended!

   Pawel at Aberhelp helped me a lot with a recent claim - after being in hospital for serious surgery and not being able to move, he offered to meet me at my house to help with the paperwork and then sent it to insurer quickly and efficiently.
