   Absolute joke, drove 2 hours to the shop on the way to Bala, with the intention to buy a new wetsuit. The website states it’s open and so does google. Yet on arrival at 3:45pm the shop is shut and no answer to the phone. People plan their days around little shops like this for watersports equipment and a whole day ruined for a family due to this shop being closed. Ridiculous.

   I found this place online while searching for a particular product. Needing it urgently for a job, I dropped a quick email in as the phones were down that day. Ian was fantastic. He answered all of my questions promptly and acurately. He arranged payment and the collection from the supplier's wharehouse in Derby. A 5 Star experince for me as a customer - not something you get much of these days. Big thanks to Ian for helping out - especially today when it was his day off. Thank you.

   This shop is a massive let down. After browsing the website, which advertises allsorts, my wife decided we should make the 250ish mile round trip for her to be able to try on and buy a pair of Moxi Quads. 1st up, it's not an easily accessible place, not even close. If you have any kind of mobility issues, know there's a flight of stairs to climb to even be able to get up to browse. Next up the place is tiny. It's barely big enough for a rack on each wall and a paddle board in the middle.... Which means they have maybe about 25% of what's advertised for sale on the website actually available to buy. In our case, when we asked about rollerskates the lass behind the counter told us 'oh, we just order them in if you buy them' like we were daft and this was norm for in person shopping. No cariad, we wanted to try some on, see what fitted best and buy those. If we wanted to buy mail order we'd have done it that way. So the advice is if you're planning to come here, is to call ahead 1st and see if they actually have what you want in, don't belive the website despite the listings.

   Lovely shop! But so much for price match policy called in Xmas eve enquired about evolve skate board. But wouldn't entertain price match!! a few days later I have a great new board and saved £200! In responce to owners comment, I always try to support local, even £50 off retail I would of purchased, but it was obvious from owner not interested as never even asked for proof. Price promise is such a grey area, perhaps I was just unfortunate, as this shop has always had great reviews
