   Placed order a month ago still have not received yet,I have sent 2 inquiries of emails with no responses from them if ordered was shipped or not. I haven't even received a shipping confirmation from them. My next step is to contact pay pal for a full refund and never use this company again. I have used in the past with success but it seems by their lack of response to emails my money has now been taken with no care nor response to a customer Very poor customer service and frustration I don't need

   They are thefts. I ordered items for 150 € one month ago and never received anything. They do not reply to any email nor telephone. I think that store is just not exisiting anymore but still accepting orders / payments. You can check more recent reviews of this same kind on other platforms.. UPDATE: I got my money returned after 2 month only with the help of PayPal. If you ever risk to buy there use PayPal and the buyer protection.

   I've tried over past 2weeks to get in contact with somebody about an order I haven't received. Recently I ordered 4 sets of darts of them with no issues very quick delivery happy with product but this last order for a set of john lowe style bullet dats I've heard nothin they have taken payment not heard nothin back on my order tried phoneing multiple times and email with no response.
