   Always love the cute aesthetic items they sell. Wish they still sold the deep green mug with gold rim and handle though, a treasure I didn't get in time as they take things of shelves quickly x

   You have to be a bit careful here, as some items will be a good bargain, but others are either overpriced or too low-quality to be of any use. It's good if you're just popping in for certain items that you know will be cheaper, but I wouldn't do a "full shop" here.

   You get what you pay for The place is called Poundland. Cheap and cheerful items. Not the best quality but it’s cheap. Always pick up a few items when I pop in Friendly staff. Clean store. Top marks. Even do clothes now ! Pop in to get some items when you pass by. You can always find something your looking for in here Top work guys. Keep it up

   Items sizes are shrinking but prices going up! Not value for money anymore, Iceland Warehouse apposite is better value & more transparent. They now ask you if you want to donate to charity when paying the bill, this is unacceptable and embarrassing when you say no out of principle, instead why doesn't the company donate themselves seeing as its a billion pound industry! Not coming again!

   Cheap and cheerful store - very friendly staff - car cleaning products are great value for dollar but shelves empty quickly - always use the store when toiletry supplies are low in the household - perfect with plenty of free parking

   I go to this store regularly and I’ve never had an issue at all. At the most recent visit I had gone with the intention of exchanging an item for the exact same thing but the one I had gotten was damaged and I still had the receipt for it so you would think it wouldn’t be an issue right? Well the lady at the till was extremely sweet and lovely and her coworker named ANNE butted in to “try and explain” to us that we can’t exchanged as we should have been aware of the damaged item and that honestly isn’t even the issue what the issue was is that she spoke to me in Such a DEGRADING and RUDE manner and when I asked her if she needed to be speaking to me in that tone she says to me im raising my voice and saying “I think you’re the one being rude” whilst raising her brows at me even tho I hadn’t even spoke to her the entire time before I spoke I was listening to her “explains” and my tone of voice was the same the entire time. I then asked her “well can I have the receipt back” and what she did made my blood boil, she looked me dead in the eye and dropped the receipt onto the till even though I extended my hand out for her to give it to me and she then proceeds to walk away from me whilst I’m talking to her telling me “okay babe” sarcastically and flicking her hair at me. This honestly makes me feel disgusted as I myself work in customer service and have never seen such appalling and disrespectful customer service behaviour. I’m only making this review as I hope that they have a word with her because her behaviour and attitude towards a customer is unacceptable. And I must include that a supervisor came and she didn’t have any issue with exchanging it for me and was so lovely as well as the woman who actually was meant to serve me.

   I hadn't been in for a long time and I was pleasantly surprised by the new layout. Really spacious feel to it, the aisles seem wider and in the current situation it made shopping a lot less stressful. Well laid out products, everything neat and tidy and friendly helpful staff.
