   Awful company. Seemed to have covered their tracks by deleting all their reviews and starting again. No company should be allowed to do this unless they can prove proof of new ownership. They were okay when we first started but the complex we had the issues at we reported to this company and they became aggressive and rude. The staff were terrible and unprofessional in how they handled it, the manager was awful, I suppose you can see where the rest of the staff get their training from. To sum it up…. Awful and unprofessional. Aside from our terrible and awful experience my son was with this company for over a year he didn’t progress at all, the teachers would always hold on to him constantly not giving him the chance to go do anything on his own. Money was extortion for the lack of professionalism and what’s taught. Every private teacher that came, soon left, terrible conditions in the pool, due to unprofessionalism stressed by 2 teachers to me. On many occasions the pool was absolutely freezing cold my sons lips turned blue, but being a “professional teaching” company I thought they knew what they were doing until I did my own research. My son has since changed schools and has now progressed massively within such a short time. Avoid this place if you can, you are penalised if you report anything as they are scared of losing their money from the venues

   Great 1-2-1 swimming lessons in a lovely hotel setting. Large clean pool with good changing facilities and friendly staff.
