   Phoned this company with some concerns of thinking my water softener was overflowing and needed attention. The man who answered the phone (the owner I believe ?) had the best customer service skills I've received for some time. He explained why the softener was doing what it was doing and didn't need looking at or servicing. Very honest and upfront handling of my enquiry. Would recommend 100%!

   Mark came out to do a repair on our water softener within 24hrs of us calling, he was knowledgeable and had already diagnosed the problem over the phone so made sure he had the right parts with him. Mark fixed the problem quickly and worked efficiently and tidied up as if he had never been there. The price was very reasonable and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

   Mark is very knowledgeable and experienced- our under sink cupboard is smaller than normal size. He came up with different options for us to choose from and neatly fitted the softener in the cupboard next to the sink. Price wise it is very reasonable. Highly recommended!

   We had our water softener fitted within 10 days of an initial enquiry. There was no hard sell but Marks professional manner and knowledge made for a simple decision. Mark arrived promptly and the softner was fitted quickly and efficiently. We saw a noticeable difference within a few days - the kettle and taps remained clean and shiny and the shower screen/tray was cleaned effortlessly.
