   Terrible. Most unhelpful with sizes. When ordered was told about 6 weeks it’s now been 11 weeks and still no tops. When called to ask for a delivery date and complained was told rudely to complain to my cricket club! Avoid!!!!

   We've been using The Bucc Group for quite a while now for all of our uniforms and they are by far the best for quality and service. Being in the landscaping industry, our uniforms naturally go through lot of adverse weather conditions and require frequent washes, and all of the uniforms are still in excellent condition, logos perfect and the lads never complain and are always happy with the quality of the uniforms. The staff are all great at the Northwich branch, very friendly and helpful we wont go anywhere else.

   Called in to ask if they could provide a white Tee shirt with a logo on. The logo is on the Web. The reply for all but one question was NO. Other suppliers have done what they can`t.

   AVOID!!! Customer service is shocking! I've placed an order online to be delivered and received a text asking me to collect it. I did it even though I shouldn't have to. As I got home I've opened the bag only to find incorrect item inside (different school's logo on one of three book bags). This meant I had to drive back again. It turned out they didn't have the bag I've ordered so I've been asked to come again few days later which I couldn't do due to work commitments. After many loud sighs and continued eye rolling the lady finally agreed to post the bag to me on Monday (that's when they were supposed to arrive). On Friday after said Monday (so a working week later) I've received a text to COLLECT THE BAG!!! I've replied that I'm expecting it to be delivered. Almost a week later and the bag is still not here. It looks to me that the owners feel they can do whatever they want because they will get people buying uniforms for kids because they have to. Well, from now on I will be pushing for my school to offer embroidered uniform through Tesco or another local business, because there is no way I will ever shop at buccaneers again.
