I have just had James (and son Alfie) round to clean all my carpets. Second time I have used James’ service. Could not have been happier with this company. I had a very dirty sofa and large foot stall that I thought was beyond cleaning so was just looking for a spruce up for the short term and look to replace in the future. I have used Proper Clean and Mr James Platt for years now to clean and bring back to life my carpets. My carpets are very expensive and it is important to me that the right person only cleans them. For me that is Proper Clean. As always James turned up on time and was very efficient setting up and getting started. Proper Clean thoroughly cleaned the carpets from top to bottom. I can't recommend Proper Clean enough - having used them many times in the past, I would not use any other company now.
